Aman has enjoyed a career of over twenty years in hospitality. With an extensive history of strategic leadership, Aman has been the driving force behind the stabilization of hotel processes and productivity from pre-opening to operations. He has a comprehensive background implementing training programs and best practices to develop and maintain associates. He also as extensive background in accounting and internal control design and implementation, cash management, market planning and segmentation, development timelines, business intelligence solutions, and analytics. He has lent his expertise to property level processes such as hotel efficiency, guest satisfaction tracking, data processing coordination and labor controls that have cultivated award winning hotels.

Aman attended Vanderbilt University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and graduated with high honors. 

 As Vice President of Development, Emish is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success. He is responsible for supervising all new development and pre-construction processes for Vector, including permitting, architectural, and interior design review, and construction contracts.  

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Emish has been instrumental in the development of numerous hotels, overseeing everything from site selection and design to construction and operations. 

With expertise in hotel management, construction management, hotel acquisition, construction financing, and renovations, Emish is a results-driven leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence. 

Prior to his current role, Emish held a range of leadership positions within the hotel industry. In each of these roles, he demonstrated a talent for building high-performing teams, developing successful business strategies, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 

Emish attended Somerset College and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management.   

As Director of Operations, Georgia oversees all investor relations with a focus on business communications, IT functions, and investor support. She also supports Vector’s team with items such as platform and website maintenance, deal development and financial analyses, reporting, special projects, and communications. 

Georgia brings 10 years of hospitality and analytics experience to Vector Hospitality. Throughout her career, she has held various titles within the Analytics & IT, Communications and Operation spaces, and has been featured in various publications for her expertise in the field of business intelligence platforms and business analytics for the hospitality industry. Georgia attended Kennesaw State University where she earned a degree in legal studies and graduated with high honors. She is also a NALA certified paralegal and member of the Georgia Association of Paralegals.
